Spray it over any ground coat to create a standout finish with a bold two-tone flip that changes with the light. When applied over white or grey, Bluviet lays down a blue tone with a purple flop. Over black, it transforms into a purple tone with a blue flop. This formula reduces at 1:1 — unlike competitors’ 2:1 mixes — giving you more sprayable material and faster, more efficient coverage.

APPLICATION

MIXING

  • 1 part Bluviet Pearl Coat to 1 part Reducer (spray gun)
  • 1 part Bluviet Pearl Coat to 3 parts Reducer (airbrush)

SPRAYING

  • Allow 5–10 minutes flash between coats.
  • Allow 15–20 minutes dry time at 70°F before clearcoating.

What’s it look like over silver?
Pearls are semi-opaque. Meaning they aren't able to fully be seen through. This causes a problem with your eyes focusing, they cannot see the metallic silver & the pearl on top. Pearls should always be sprayed over a solid base (without metallic/pearl).
