Blue Interference Pearl Coat (aka blue ghost pearl) is a high-chroma pearl mid-coat engineered for show-quality tri-stage paint jobs. Our 1:1 reduction delivers more sprayable material per can and superior coverage—so you spend less time in the booth while achieving that head-turning color flop effect. Ideal for custom cars, bikes, and specialty projects where depth, glow, and clarity matter.

APPLICATION

MIXING

  • 1 part Blue Interference Pearl Coat to 1 parts Reducer (spray gun)
  • 1 part Blue Interference Pearl Coat to 3 parts Reducer (airbrush)

SPRAYING

  • Allow 5-10 minutes flash between coats.
  • Allow 15-20 minutes dry time at 70°F before clearcoating.

What’s it look like over silver?
Pearls are semi-opaque. Meaning they aren't able to fully be seen through. This causes a problem with your eyes focusing, they cannot see the metallic silver & the pearl on top. Pearls should always be sprayed over a solid base (without metallic/pearl).
