This ready-to-spray formula is blended into the trusted Cande Shop base coat maker, creating a vibrant finish with bold clarity, intense depth, and that unmistakable candy paint glow.
This custom basecoat system is perfect for lowriders, show cars, motorcycles, and any project where a dark purple candy tone with metallic flair is needed. It delivers a smooth, glass-like appearance without the complicated mixing process required by traditional 3-stage Kandy systems. Application
Air Pressure
- 30 psi Gravity Feed
- 40–50 psi Siphon Feed
- 10 psi HVLP (at cap)
Coats
- Apply 2–4 coats max for full coverage and color depth
Flash Times
- 5–10 minutes flash time between coats at 70°F
- Allow 20 minutes at 70°F before topcoating with Wetness 2145 Clear Coat
Pro Tip: Always spray over a properly prepped and sealed surface. For best results, use a compatible base such as black or a colored sealer to influence final shade and contrast.
