Passion Pitaya Hard Cande (HC13)

A mixture of cande concentrate and select sparkle pearls, into a midcoat, designed to spray like a base coat. This system provides extreme UV resistance, sparkle, clarity, depth, and candy-like appearance in a simple system. Requires 2-3 coats over a solid color ground coat for full color, making it superior to magenta kbc. If you want less sparkle than this, try Passion Pitaya Cande Base Coat
