Blizzard Blue Neon
Blizzard Blue Neon is a high-impact fluorescent blue automotive paint designed for maximum visual punch on racecars, boats, motorcycles, and show projects. Engineered with a 1:1 mixing ratio instead of the standard 2:1, you’ll get more sprayable material, faster coverage, and smoother application with every pass. This color is built for attention—not longevity—so it’s ideal for projects where vibrant color and visual energy matter most.
These neon colors are not recommended for overall refinishing or long-term outdoor use due to their limited colorfastness under prolonged UV exposure. For best performance and maximum brightness, apply over Super White Basecoat.
Mixing Ratio
- One (1) part Blizzard Blue Neon
- One (1) part Reducer
Application
- Always spray test panels before starting your project.
- Prep your surface as usual: sand, prime, and clean thoroughly.
- Apply 2–3 coats of basecoat, allowing 10–15 minutes flash time between coats.
- Mix Blizzard Blue Neon with Reducer and stir thoroughly.
- Spray 2–3 coats of Neon, leaving 15 minutes between coats for proper flash time.
- Finish with a quality 2K Clearcoat for a deep gloss finish.
- IMPORTANT: Allow the Clearcoat to fully cure before exposing the paint to daylight to ensure maximum protection and color stability.
