Giving you the bright colored subtle sparkle without all the extra work. It may be used in any base coat binder, intercoat, or clears. Purple Heart lavender pearl is an excellent base for graphics or candy paint. It gives the custom painter additional creativity to design “one of a kind” custom finishes and a color that breaks necks. Best over white/black or purple base coat
