Ego Green Base Coat
Ego Green Base Coat is a custom green pearl base coat loaded with transparent green pigment and brilliant pearls that deliver an incredible color flop. Designed to provide the best color-shifting base on the market, this paint stands out without the extra effort of a tri-stage job. It mixes at 1:1, unlike competitors’ 2:1 ratio, giving you more sprayable material and more concentrated color for superior coverage and unbeatable value.
This pearl base coat lays down smooth, providing a deep, vivid finish ideal for show cars, motorcycles, and standout custom work. Airbrush artists will appreciate its flexibility—Ego Green can be mixed down to 1:2 or even 1:3 for more subtle effects or fine detailing.
Application
Air Pressure
- 30 psi – Gravity Feed
- 40–50 psi – Siphon Feed
- 10 psi – HVLP (at cap)
Coats
- Apply 2–4 medium coats for full pearl effect and coverage
Flash Times
- 5–10 minutes flash between coats @ 70°F
- 20 minutes before applying Wetness 4136 Clear
