AUS4142 2K Acrylic Urethane Sealer
The AUS4142 2K Acrylic Urethane Sealer is a high-performance, two-component, non-sanding sealer designed to create a smooth, uniform surface for all topcoats—except lacquers. Perfect for automotive refinishing, this versatile sealer can be used over bodywork, primer surfacers, and existing finishes. It’s also effective as a barrier coat over problem areas or challenging substrates, ensuring better adhesion and long-lasting results.
Available in white, black, and gray, you can easily intermix these colors to create the perfect shade of gray for your project. For maximum efficiency, tint the AUS4142 up to 5% with toner or primer tints to closely match your base coat color—helping reduce the amount of base coat needed for full coverage. The AUS4142 offers excellent solvent resistance, superior color holdout, and is North America compliant.
Ideal for use over existing OEM finishes, fiberglass, and various plastics, this acrylic urethane sealer delivers professional-grade results with reduced prep time.
