How does billing work?

You’ll be billed and receive a package once every month.

  • 8th Pearl Subscription Box ($55) – comes with 2-4 8th jars of pearls

We’ll continue to bill you and send a package once every month until you decide to cancel. You’ll only pay shipping on your 1st order (to sign up) after that you’ll never pay shipping again.

 

When am I charged?

The first cycle’s membership fee is collected right after you press Complete on the Secure Checkout page. The charges will continue to recur each month until you decide to cancel.

 

How do I cancel?

  • To cancel your pearl subscription box, simply email help@thecandeshop.com from the email address you signed up with to get the process started. Once we verify your account is eligible to cancel, we go ahead and cancel the account. Please note you are eligible to cancel if you email us within 7 days from the date you received your last package.
  • We only accept cancellation requests via email.  We can not accept cancellation requests via text message or live chat for account security purposes.
  • Please be sure to get the confirmation of any account changes from our team. Should you ever wish to restart your subscription, simply send us an email and we’ll be waiting to assist you!
